CHARGE GUARD

This unit is the latest in the range of Charge Guards. It is designed for vehicles where extra equipment is being fitted on upgrade, i.e. ambulances and emergency vehicles.

The AVSPC12 may have been adequate for original fitting but with the addition of upgraded equipment it is putting too much strain on the Charge Guard.

The 400 amp version can cope with virtually all split charging requirements.

It is ideally suited for vehicles such as breakdown vehicles where there is a high requirement for power to run tyre changing machinery.

The relay is a double latching relay which draws zero current in either mode.
